A 90 min session for 1 x parent and 1 x daughter. Or for a parent alone or Teen girl alone. 
Before we can get started, we may have had a FREE discovery session. 
It is great to be able to meet you and your young person face to face but I understand for some, time and distance is a constraint and so Skype is also available. The prerequisite for all coaching which involves youth aged 10 -18 is a STARTER Session  ( As above). 
The prerequisite for all parent coaching is a STARTER Session.  Follow up individual sessions or packages are available thereafter.
